Have not received the item since 4/14/21. Cancelation requested as item not receive

Hi I purchased a baby Pack&Play on 4/14/21 with an expected  arrival date on 4/21/21 I have not received it yet even though it was shipped out on 4/27/21.

So I had to buy one as there was an urgent need for it. So cancel the order and refund me ASAP. Thanks.

You will have to go through the Resolution Center. Open and follow through with a case for Item Not Received. It is not automatic, it will require you to pay attention to timelines and don’t let it expire.

eBay provides you with an estimated delivery date at the time of purchase - based on how long it usually takes something a seller ships to be received by a customer. Sellers can’t adjust the date eBay shows you, but it is an estimate only, not a guarantee, which is subject to change based on transit delays and/or unforeseen circumstances.

You could review the eBay Money Back guarantee to see what your options are and/or contact the seller directly - this is a discussion forum and it's unlikely that your seller will see your post.

Too late to cancel, but you can open an Item Not Received claim one day past the Estimated Delivery Date on the order.

You only have 30 days to do that with eBay.

As previously advised, keep an eye on the Case. If it still hasn't arrived by the time you can escalate it to eBay, then you'll need to take action.

If it arrives before the Case times out, then you may have to open a Return request... but you're not there yet. Good luck.
