HTML emails settings

I’m trying to return an item and seller says they are sending return label but I get a message with no attachment. Seller says my settings are blocking HTML messages. How do I change this setting. I’m using App on my IPhone but cannot find this setting.

@mruss100 Can you switch to a laptop or desk top just to print out your return label?
