Getting the app on my ipad

Unable to add the app on my iPad as it says it requires a higher iOS than I have but all updates to iOS have been done

If your operating system does not support the eBay app and you cannot upgrade it, delete the eBay app and use a browser to reach ebay.co.uk instead.
