I am one more of your dissatisfied users that cannot access your website. Like many others I have been a been a loyal user for a number of years, all of a sudden I have been blocked from using your website because I cannot update your app. Sort this out before you loose yet another loyal user, there are many other sites out there to choose from. I am about to give up on you as a lot more have already done so.

When you post here, you're NOT addressing eBay or its employees.
These sites are staffed by fellow eBayers, buyers and sellers. Sorry you are having problems, but nothin' we can offer except sympathy.
PS: BTW, you might want to post your message on the UK site. Maybe others are having problems there also.

If eBay browser links are opening in the Android version of the app automatically, you can disable that by going to your device Settings: Apps: eBay: Open by default: Opens supported links and choosing "Don't open in the app". iOS users can tap and hold an eBay browser link and choose "Don't open in the app".
Or else just delete the app entirely.
Then you should be able to use a browser to reach ebay.co.uk.
