Anyone having trouble listing from the app? It’s making me put the weight in to be able to choose a shipping service and when I put “don’t know package” info (because I charge a flat fee) it won’t let me do it. Video is included.

You can enter some fictitious numbers now, like 4 ounces and 6x4x2 inches, to get your listing created. Select Package or Large Package. Then make corrections when you actually create the label in the future. Hopefully your Flat Rate price will be enough to cover the actual amount.
When you create the shipping label in the future, the weight and dimensions must be correct. Otherwise, the USPS will have eBay charge you the difference. Much worse is when your buyer gets a Postage Due and leaves you a negative feedback comment.

There appears to be an issue as several users are reporting a problem. Shake your device while the app is open to file a tech report @aprilsattic1 .
In the meantime you can enter placeholder dimensions of 12x12x12.

I'm having the same problem. Put in technical reports and contacted customer support. It's still not working.

I tried that but it wouldn't work that way either. I've been doing this for 27 years and have never used actual weight. I think there have been one or two times that I was off on the weight, but when I weigh anything at home, it's always correct when I mail it. I've never had a customer get charged for postage (thankfully!)

I finally got someone at ebay. They said there is sometimes this issue in the app and he gave me a work around. Go through my ebay, help, type in seller hub, choose list item from seller hub. That's the only way it would work to list. Putting in dimensions didn't work either. I wasn't getting the option to choose any type of shipping service.
