My experience with eBay is that they have fraudulent activity going on with the app and refuse to resolve the issue or refund my money they also claimed that they close my case I have not received any item or any refund from May 12 until present there is no information on the seller and eBay refuse to reopen the case.

If the order was back in May, it's to late for any help from Ebay.

Pay Pal gives you 180 days to file a claim, so you might be able to file one there.
