There are fraudulent/ hacked transactions by Jumai Macus. Who is the person and why hasn't anything been done. So far 4 on my account. Customer service is of no help. The keep telling me to apply a block. I have and it keeps unblocking. What's happening???

If there are transactions on your account that you did not make, you need to contact eBay using the link on this page:
https://www.ebay.com/help/account/protecting-account/get-help-hacked-account?id=4196
Check your account information closely using a desktop browser to make sure nothing has been added or changed, particularly contact information -- email or phone numbers -- that could be used to get back into your account.
Change your eBay password and your email password. If you access eBay through a computer, scan your computer for malware or viruses.
If you have Facebook, Google or Apple accounts linked to your eBay account, change those passwords as well, and consider unlinking them. Change your security question.

So, is Jumai Mac-us FRAUD?? She purchased my item on May 09 and sent me a message saying "Glad you sold this item to me....Please==text=me==at==4632053421==ASAP=because I need to talk to you before making the payment...". Of course I didn't text and asked her to correspond on eBay message system. Doesn't eBay take any action to prevent those kind of scams?! It's wasting our time!!

I am thinking maybe the fact that 2 threads with 3 very new id's posting and replying about scammers, may be a scam in itself, what do you think?

Well... eBay doesn't know fraud has been committed. If you've sold items to a buyer, eBay expects the buyer to pay you and expects you to ship. They have no idea of messages you and a buyer are sharing.
If the buyer hasn't paid you after 5 days (from the 5/9 purchase), you can Cancel the Orders and relist your items. Good luck.

Thank you for your explanation! Before cancelling the order by myself, I received a message below from eBay and they resisted my item. How did unregistered person bidding and sent a message in eBay system? Does this mean the system was hacked??
<MSG>
Suspicious buyer for item
We had to cancel bids for the buyer, juma508858, because they aren't registered on eBay:

The bidding or messaging must have been done before eBay unregistered that user.

Thanks but I've contracted ebay several times and they are useless. They just say my account hasn't been hacked.

No they don't do a **bleep** thing. I've had 6 items they've bid on. EBay marks it as suspicious buyer and that's it.

Because ebay is not doing anything to monitor their systems. Use Posh or Mercari. Ebay isn't safe

No it's frustration over not getting any help from ebay

Didn't you just say they were NAUR'd?
Sounds like monitoring to me.

Just canceled an order by Juma also. Kept wanting to correspond out of eBay.
