Scammer?

I sold 2 items about $100 each to a buyer with the same name as a famous eBay scammer who uses an ACI to ship items from the USA to Korea.

I know better than to cancel an order but the coincidence that the buyer has the same name as the other well known scammer worries me a bit. 

The buyer ID was different than the famous ones he has been using but I read he makes new ones every time he gets found out. The address is different than the one people have leaked as well. But his name is the same and he is shipping to an ACI. 

The buyer didn't say anything and paid right away. He bought 2 items in two different orders, 6 minutes apart. I was going to combine the order but I noticed the addresses were the same minus the ACI number being slightly different.

So is this a scam or just a coincidence?🤔

I am thinking maybe the fact that 2 threads with 3 very new id's posting and replying about scammers, may be a scam in itself, what do you think?
