Fix your notifications

There is no option in the app menu to disable  "sales and offers" notifications...they only way to disable it, it to completely disable the app notifications...

What you did Ebay is not cool...we all know you did it just to spam us with deals and offers... that way you push people to completely disable the notifications of your app, making it less effective and practical.

Thanks for the post. To disable these notifications can you try the following:

1. Open App

2. Tap the menu in the upper left corner

3. Tap Settings

4. Tap Notifications

5. Tap General notifications

6. Turn off Events and Offers

7. Tap the back button on your device to save the setting

I'm glad that you finally fixed it. Last time when I contacted customer service on Jan 25, they told me that there was no way to disable it within the app.

I've done what you suggested maybe half a dozen times now over the last few months. The "Events and Offers" notification repeatedly turns itself back on after maybe a week and then the push notifications start coming in all over again. App version 5.17.1.1 and it's still doing it.
