First class shipping option missing on the app

Can anyone from eBay acknowledge this is a thing? Can you moist an announcement that you are at least working on fixing it!

Same thing here. First class option is GONE going on three days now since I updated to V.6.9.6 of the iPhone app. No matter the size, shape, weight the option to buy fist class postage is completely and totally disappeared from the app. I figure they must be blindly using some users as Beta Testers. There is no way a update could carry such a massive and costly mistake across the entire iPhone user base and not be big news. Why is this not fixed? Please Take me off your list of beta testers NOW.

Agree!  I sell mostly clothing and use first class mail more than not.  The default is Priority mail but the real issue is that I cannot find First Class mail option to select it!  So frustrating!

Its the Android app also. Its been 4 days, this is hurting my business quite a bit. I don't think it's a beta test thing and I think it's ridiculous the company the size of eBay, whos product and revenue sorce is thier online marketplace, can't make an app that works correctly. As shareholder it  is troubling that ebay has let glitch like this happen and way more troubling that they have let it continue for 4 days, like a giant red flag that says sell.

I’m having the same problem on my eBay account also with the shipping but I can log out of my eBay account and log into my wife’s eBay account and list a item on my phone perfectly. I’m using the same app on my phone to log into both of them. It works fine on hers but won’t work on my account. This is very strange. My account is on manage payment but hers still goes in to PayPal account. I wished they never changed it.

Same, I've tried clearing the cache and revising the listing. No option!

I am still having the issue of no first class shipping option in the app. Is everyone still having this problem?  I also can no longer select the brand (clothes) in the app. Is anyone also having this problem? Thanks.
