I bought a product that turned out to be misrepresented by a vague advertisement by the seller. I bought what appeared to be two hearing aids, as that was what was pictured in the ad. It was around two months and I hadn’t received the set of hearing aids that were pictured in the advertisement I purchased. I was told they would ship another package. When that package arrived, it was only one hearing aid. Then shortly thereafter the other lost package arrived in the mail.
i was informed I had only ordered on hearing aid. And if I wanted two I should send another payment as previously paid, or I should ship one of them back to them.
I looked at their ad again and it appeared to have been changed. This seemed Messed up so, I went ahead and gifted the two elderly friends with the hearing aids.
