First class shipping option disappears during listing ios

I have been having this issue for years hoping that every update will fix it. Wrong.  Occasionally when I go into the shipping tab I select all my shipping options including “first class”. When I hit done and go back to my overview it changes my shipping preferences. I go back in and first class is missing from my options to choose from.

Can you let us know what category you are listing in. Could the package details be too large for first class shipping? Could you share an item # for one of these you have had this happen.

I am using the ebay app on apple xr

Sporting goods-Hunting-Gun Parts. 

Button is pushed for “I don’t know the package details.  I even tried putting in the package details, weight and dimensions that are First class appropriate with no luck.

Does it ever let you add first class? 

Could you start a draft that has this issue and save and close it and email us once you do this iosfeedback@ebay.com so we can look at the draft.
