Every time I list an item it keeps asking for my PayPal address. I have listed hundreds and hundreds of items and it just started doing this today.

they Asking Cause You Missed To Connect PayPal With eBay , Go To eBay Setting Blow The Page You Will See a Button To Connect PayPal With eBay
