Handling time error? Never changed it but says error handling time. Still has check mark on top, won't let me list . I exited app, signed out and restarted phone. Still no luck I need help

Thanks for the speedy reply. I just uninstalled, and reinstalled the app with this same problem

Are these new listings? Sell one like this? Relisting an item? Is it blocked for every listing you try? Thanks for sending us details.

It's a sell item like this. New item for me. I'm try and do another listing and create a new one for this too.
