App loading forever

Hi, 

I can't use the app anymore because it loads indefinitely. 

When I uninstall it, it works exactly one time then if I reboot or kill the app I get back to an infinite loading screen. I have to uninstall and reinstall every time I want to use it. 

I tried going back to a previous version (5.0+) but nothing changes. I can't go to an earlier version of the app because they are not supported anymore. 

Could you please look at this issue ? 

One Plus 5T, Android 8.1, latest version of the app

Same problem here, using Android 8.0 on Asus Zenfone 3

We are checking in to see if you have since upgraded to the newest versions of the apps and if they are working properly?
