Editing a listing on mobile app bugs

Hello, I wanted to feedback some problems with the eBay app on iOS.

When I edit a listing that I scheduled after it has gone live, it doesn’t allow me to edit the listing as it says the time is in the past but on the website I can edit it with no problems.

Also, on the mobile app the description for a listing doesn’t format properly as there’s no paragraphs. On the website it does allow paragraphs.

Many thanks.

File a tech report - it's fast and easy and eBay does review these reports.

Options through the app:

1. Shake your device while the app is open and that will trigger the option for you to file a tech report or submit feedback on product features.

2. Anywhere you see the three dots or the ? you can tap on that to file a report. Screenshot below.

On the web:

Click the ? icon on the bottom right corner of almost any eBay page and that will trigger the option to file a tech report, submit feedback to eBay, and more. Screenshots here.
