On my last few purchases I’m unable to use my ebucks. Says enter code and no where on my eBay app am I able to find my ebucks balance. Pretty ridiculous it doesn’t just come up at checkout.

It could be that the time to use bucks from last quarter has expired.

EBay Bucks are distributed quarterly and you have 30 days to use them. Next distribution should be around April 2nd.
