Ebay app not working and i cant even find it on the play store when i search for it

I have a samsung tab 4 tablet and i formated it to wipe it and set it back up again to help speed it up abit, but now i cant install the Ebay app and when i search for it on the Play store app on my tablet its not even there, ive try to install it by going onto google and searching ebay app on the online play store but it say ( this app isn't compatible with your device ) but is was working fine previously, ive tried the whole clearly ( play services cache & data ) and clearing ( Play store cache & data ) bu t nothing has worked.

Any help or ideas please

Thanks for posting the feedback here. The Android app requires 5.0 or higher to be installed. If your Samsung tab cannot get to Android 5 we suggest using our website in the Chrome browser.

Do you still get notices if your bidding on a item on ebay if you use web site?

You will get an email update when outbid but there are no push notifications with the mobile website today.
