Says it all really. Upon entering my login details and pressing ‘sign in’, the app crashes instantly. Ive tried reinstalling the app and I've ensured that everything is up to date (ios version and app version). I’ve restarted my phone a fair few times too.
Strangely, I can sign into ebay via browser no problem - hence this post!
Just tried now to no avail 😞 I’ll type in the correct login info, press the sign in button and it’ll crash instantly! It’s definitely an iOS app issue as I can log in fine on my PC and an android phone. Bizarre
I'm having the same problem. Just moved to a new 9th generation ipad and can't sign in on ebay. It crashes every time. I tried delete app-reboot-install app sequence, nothing improves.
I still had the problem when I tried to log in hours later that day. I tried again the following day and it worked straight away. I have good phone and wireless broadband, so it is not that. I can't promise the same will work for you, but it might.
