Ebay Phone App - Can't bid - Won't let me Reveiew Bid

I have been trying to bid on items via the app on my phone for a few days, it lets me type in the amount but when I click Reveiw Bid, if doesn't do anything - I need advice on how to fix this problem please as already lost out on a few items 😞 (Samsung Galaxy phone)

Use a browser to bid instead of using the eBay app.
