I have deleted app and tried to reinstall it . It appears to open but I cannot see the content. Completely turned phone off and restarted. No change. Very frustrating as I am selling on eBay

I am having same issue. Joining this thread to avoid duplication. Scanning down this forum it seems like we’re not along.
the App seems to hang with no functionality at all, has been like this for a couple of days.
I Have also tried updating the app and rebooting the phone. Reluctant to uninstall.
I am using it on an iphone SE. iOS 16.11. Help! It’s looking like this and never changes.

I have same issue on a recently acquired iPhone 11. It’s sort of greyed out, no photos, won’t allow any actions

This is an old thread from 2023 the person you are talking to hasn't been in this forum since then either so I doubt you'll get a response.

What operating system version are you using?
Try uninstalling the eBay app, restarting your phone, then reinstalling the latest version of the eBay app. The restart in between should ensure a clean install.
Otherwise, use a browser to reach ebay.com instead of using the app.

Thanks, tried option 1, still didn't work. Tried the eBay and eBay Motors apps, same thing.
Can't access in Safari or Chrome - error states secure connection. I have used the app for years, this only happened on the last iPhone update.

What is the exact text of the error message you see? Googling that text might point you in the right direction.

www.ebay.com sent an invalid response. ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR.

ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR.
Check to see if your phone has the latest SSL/TLS client installed:
If that does not help, see here for some other things to try:
