Not sure if this is an ebay problem or the app. My guess the app. When I click purchases it shows only 5 or 6 recent purchases and they are duplicated like 3 times. I should be able to see purchases going back a year plus. Is this a bug or what is going on?
My ebay app just brought back a bunch of previously hidden completed purchases. Each of them multiple times. I try to hide them again and nothing changes.
Deleted and reinstalled the app. Logged out and back in. Force stopped the app. Nothing helps. Tried customer service but their grasp of English is nowhere strong enough to comprehend what I'm telling them.
Any idea when this will be fixed? It’s an absolute nightmare trying to make sure you’ve received all of your purchases. This has been going on for months now, can’t be that hard to fix. Must not be a priority.
