This is illegal contact ebay they seem to be double charging a lot ! It's fraud but they seem to think it's ok , if the price says it's a certain amount THEY CANNOT charge more period !!!!!!!!! There are laws about this and I've contacted a lawyer about it apperantly it's punishable by jail if they are convicted , I'm looking into a class action law suit this happened to me a few times !
