From this Monday can't open ebay apps.

@2137oleg   The phone app has problems ... delete it from your phone then download the latest version ... if the problem persists you will have to work on a computer or laptop until the app is fixed ...

Have you been able to upgrade your app? If you go into your purchase history in the App Store app it should give you the option to download an updated version.
