Unauthorised payments does not effect you the seller.
Notification from Pay pal is request for information.
You must provide a copy of label used to send item or your postage receipt which shows part of address and tracking number that shows that item was delivered to address shown on order and on Pay pal.
If you have this information then you are in the clear and irrespective of the outcome Pay pal will not take/ charge back the amount to your account.
On receipt of information from you Pay pal would deal with the buyers bank or credit card issuer.
In our experience Pay pal do not mark your account with a negative as you never had any knowledge of your buyers bank or payment details and therefore you could not have done anything illegal or wrong.
