Developer: GET RID OF THE OBNOXIOUS SORT/FILTER BUTTON

The ebay app must have updated on my phone tonight 7/6/20. Many of the Sort/Filter menus are different, and your addition of the absolutely ANNOYING giant blue sort/filter button that pops up from the bottom when searching is HORRIBLE. NOT NEEDED! I swear you guys change things just to change things. Please stop making unnecessary changes. GET RID OF THE BUTTON. It is so distracting and pointless when searching listings. Wow.

I do not like the sort/filter button when using my mobile phone on mobile data. It is very annoying  and these functions are already available at the top of the page.

If you are using the eBay app, you can disable the feature as described above.

If you are not using the eBay app, but using a mobile browser, you cannot disable that feature.

Your current options:

Use the eBay app, disable the feature.

Use a mobile browser, put up with the feature.

Use a mobile browser in desktop mode to avoid the feature.

Install an ad blocker in your mobile browser (if it supports that) and block the feature. If your browser does not support that, switch to the app or another browser that does support it. Or else put up with it.

Here's how you get rid of not only that annoying sort filter pop-up but at the same time get rid of the Download our app pop-up. Shop Amazon or any other online site. Why would anyone want to make their website so annoying to view? It's liked they don't realize one simple click is all it takes for a person to escape them.

Well there you go. 21 years on eBay, if this isn't removed from the mobile version within a week then I'll be gone for good. How misguided can a corporation be?!

Get rid of the “sort” heading. I can not read all my watching sand purchases. Very annoying.

I use  mobile Ebay and this blue sort /filter button at the bottom of the page is THE MOST ANNOYING THING!!!! I HATE it! Get RID of it!  I've got sense enough to look at the top and find it under the search bar! I get so aggravated with its constance popping up I just quit searching for anything! DELETE IT PLEASE!!!

I am on the mobile app and the sort button comes up every three minutes. It’s driving me crazy! Please take it off!

I wanted to buy something on Ebay, now I am googling how  to get stupid sort/filter button off of screen.  I don't have an option to customize.  I guess you want people to use your ap.  I will try a different auction site instead.
