Details Disappearing in Android App after starting listing on PC

When I am listing, I always begin a draft on my Windows PC. I then go to the app to take and upload photos. Normally this works great, but today when I upload the photos to the listing from the app, all of the details I entered from my PC get erased (i.e. Color, Fabric Type, Features, MPN, etc.). The price and the title remains unchanged, but the details disappear causing me double work. Is this a known bug? I have listed hundreds of listings this way in the past with no issues.

Phone: Samsung Note 20 Ultra 5G, Android 11

PC: Microsoft Surface Laptop / Windows 10 Home

Browser: Chrome

All latest updates are installed.

I loose my international shipping details. all else remains. very irritating. I start my listings in Chrome, then take pictures on the app and instead of just finishing up the listing on the app after I take pictures, I have to go back to chrome and set my international shipping preferences. otherwise they disappear after i use the app. same hardware/ software as you.

We have the same phone - you are correct, something has changed recently, either thru a samsung auto update that is causing the issues or on e-bay's side. . .  Something has changed relative to pictures unfortunately.  Came to this board hoping there was an update on this.

To follow up, it seems it happens more when I start with a template versus starting from scratch. Not sure this is helpful, just noticed and leaving the comment.

Same here! I thought maybe it was just me because I'm using an older Samsung (Edge S6). 

Will keep checking this board to see if there has been a resolution.

I noticed that my international shipping details are retained if I pause while seting up the shipping options. For example: select international shopping,  then wait for the sliding buttons that represent international and local pickup to turn blue again. Then select amount to charge for shipping, wait for the buttons to turn blue again. Etc. Annoying but it works.

Yes. I just created a "test" draft listing on my desktop. I switched to my phone to upload a photo. When I went back into the draft on my desktop, the Item Specifics I had initially added were gone. Please advise. Thank you.
