Coupon for make order from app not working

Hello,

Today I received notification from eBay app on my phone for a coupon for 10$ if I make an order from the app for at least 15$. When I wrote the code the system says to me that the code is no longer works. Why is that? In the notifications write that the offers are valid to 11:59 PM on 15 May 2019.....

Happened to me too. I closed the notification thinking I'll come back to it later and now the message is nowhere to be found. And yes I do have the official Ebay app.

Same. Unfortunate seeing many people got the same problem, alas it doesn't prompt a response from officials. Disappointing.
