I have had several listings pulled lately under the VERO program. It is not ebay, it is the manufacturer that filed a complaint and ebay has to act on it, they have no choice. My items were real but claimed to be fake by the maker. Some companies don't like the secondary market and can file these complaints anytime they want. DO NOT RELIST THEM! Doing that could get you banned PERMANTELY! I took the items and threw em in the box to go to Goodwill, write em off. Cant take chances with this type of thing or your days on ebay could come to an end.
