No i have not but ebay has had some IT issues. I do know of other problems they have had. Try using a different browser and see if that helps. I have heard of other members doing this and having some luck.
If you are using the eBay app, make sure it is the latest version.
Try uninstalling the eBay app, restarting your device, then installing the latest version of the app again. The restart in between should ensure a clean install.
I get signed out just about every time I am forced into a new window on the android app. Most often when clicking on return details. It has always been that way...years.
