Make sure you are signed in to the same account you normally use for purchasing.
It appears your current account was created last July and has no feedback.
If you sign in using Facebook, Google or Apple for the first time, it is very easy to create an entirely new account -- thereafter if you sign in using that same method you will be sent to the new account. Try signing out and then sign back in using your other username.
