Communication with sellers and buyers offers not working iPad Pro ios 17.5.1

When in the app and looking at an item for sale, the contact seller button returns a box with the item at the top but no where to type or send.

Buyers offers were not accessible to view or accept. I have updated the eBay and this is still a problem.

Did you purchase your IPad with the cellular option??  Your IPad must have that option to use any kind of "mobile" app.
