Clicking on Active Auctions with Multiple Listings Takes You to Order History

I've noticed that when I try to open an auction with multiple items lists, if I have made a purchase from that listing in the past, the app redirects me to that order information. Even if the order has been completed, the item delivered and feedback all wrapped up, it doesn't let me directly view the still active auction.

In a couple of instances, I have wanted to order additional items from the same listings and this makes it very tedious to navigate back to the actual auction. And, once I am able to get to the available items list, I can't view pictures of the items when they are selected from the drop down. This is very frustrating.

I would much rather be able to view the full auction, rather than being forced to review my order history from that listing. If I want to review my order, it's easy enough to use the purchase history link. This seems like an unnecessary and, inadvertently, annoying shortcut.

@deadcrowswing

There should be a "buy another" link on that order information page -- at least there is for me, if it's a current listing and there are more items available. If you follow that you should see a choice to set the quantity desired.

Not sure how that works with a variation listing -- unfortunately I don't have one in my recent purchase history to test. It may let you select variation and quantity, I am not certain.

I do agree it's not nearly as intuitive as using a browser and being able to see the original listing.

Yes, the Buy Another button is there. Unfortunately, in this case, if you click that, it takes you to the listing and only shows the item you've already purchased and actually dithers the drop down arrow for the other listings. It's a very strange design choice.

Thanks for reporting this. Can you share a screenshot and/or item id for the listing with this issue?

To clarify; which screen would be most helpful? I can perform a search to find the auctions in question, click either one and be taken to my previous order information.

I can also click the Buy Another button in the subsequent order information screen and be taken to the minimal information page for each auction.

Sorry for the delay in responding.

I meant the screen where you are seeing the Buy Another button? Also , the item id would be helpful in troubleshooting this issue.

Item ID: 222841218424

Item ID: 222874600954

The screen with the "Buy Another" button also displays my personal information. I'll need to edit the image before I upload, which might take me a bit.
