Hi eBay,
Reporting a bug in the eBay iPhone app.
I wanted to add an item to checkout, to try using promo codes and check my gift card balance. When I clicked “Buy Again”, a Checkout error showed: {e253292-779266X}
I then clicked “Confirm and Buy” to clear the error message but it created an order. I took a screenshot too.
I the had to cancel the order. I hope you will refund the seller for the fees that they will be charged due to this bug. Order number is 05-12420-71858
Thanks

Here's the "error message" (below).
That appears to be a warning message, that you (the buyer) may need to have a license for importing the item, but the purchase is not being blocked. At that point, eBay doesn't know exactly where you are going to have the items shipped, because buyers can always change the shipping address at any point up until they pay for the item. So it's not preventing you from making the purchase, just warning you that you may need to be licensed, or may be limited in the quantity, or may be blocked depending on what shipping address you want to use.
Since there was a "Confirm and buy" button, it obviously wasn't blocking you from making the purchase, just giving you a warning. It's supposed to create an order when you click the "Confirm and buy" button, so that isn't a bug. But if you want to report this to eBay, you should do so by contacting Help on eBay Australia here:

eBay doesn't charge sellers fees for cancelled transactions (unless the seller is unable to cancel it).
