Cash Register Sounds

My android device running app. version 6.32.0.5 no longer  makes the cash register noise when a best offer, sale or payment is made.  An older android device running app. version 6.29.0.2 still makes the cash register noise. Anybody got an idea as to when or if ebay will integrate the cash register notification into the new app version.  I know some hate it, some love it but surely is should be an option?

Check your notification settings for the eBay app first, in the settings on your device. If they’re as they should be for sound notifications and banners, etc., try deleting and reinstalling the eBay app.
I have an iPhone and the app wasn’t making the usual eBay notification sounds, but a delete/reinstall corrected it.

Already tried above, on the older app version there is an 'App provided sound' feature in the selling notifications that is missing from the later app.

It's the app version. Uninstall your current and do an eBay search from Google. Install the version that is offered in the internet search. Don't use the version from the play store.
