Cannot ship from iOS app on iPad running iPadOS 13.1.2

The iOS app appears to have a problem with iPadOS 13 compatibility. I have 13.1.2 and once the shipping popup is open, the app goes unresponsive. I am able to ship from my iPhone, which is on iOS 13.1.2.
