Cannot print international labels

App won’t allow me to print shipping label to an international buyer. Please tell me how to delete the app. I called CS and this is what the rep. Told me.

The apps do not support international shipping labels at this time. You do not need to delete your app. We hope to add this in the future.

I deleted the app. I was set up to not ship internationally. Nicest lady came along from Canada and I couldn’t refuse her. She is still waiting for me to get the item in the mail. Made a # long calls to eBay CS. Nice people and knowledgeable I think. Just got nowhere. Waiting now for daughter in law to come and see if she can help. The poor customer paid Tuesday. She has been so nice so far. Just hoping her patience doesn’t run out. I think it is me and I cannot seem to work out a solution.

You need to go to web browser version of ebay site to ship international labels. 

You can can do that from your phone.
