When trying to make an offer through the IOS app you cannot complete making an offer. You get all the way to the submit screen and it just stops, you can hit the submit offer button all you want and nothing happens, works fine on a laptop though. I’ve uninstalled the app, reinstalled the app, done a rain dance to summon the gods of chance - nothing. Customer service is awful and just disconnect when trying to solve the issue. eBay has gone so far downhill.
On a separate note I can’t get my account “verified” to sell items, been on with customer service several times and no-one is interested in solving issues, they again just disconnect when you’re doing the steps they tell you and make you start over. I now sell through Mercari because I can’t list anything! What is wrong with eBay.
