Cannot log into my app on Iphone version 6.137.0.2

I updated my app to the latest version of 6.137.0.2 and since then i am unable to login into my ebay account it just says “ Oops! something went Wrong” , i have 101 orders to dispatch . I spoke to ebay yesterday but they didn’t comeback yet. I thought its my phone only but it seems to be almost every one who updated their app. Ebay do something ASAP

+1 I'm also experiencing the exact same issue. After upgrading my iPhone 14 to iOS 17.1.2 and updating the eBay app to latest version 6.137.0. I can't sign in, the login screen gets stuck and spins forever.

I contacted Ebay support and I was told the issue is related to my device lol

I hope someone from Ebay engineering team gets this report. There seems to be a compatibility issue with ebay app and latest iOS release.

There are several threads about this between 11/30 and 12/1.

Hi devon@ebay et all Ebay released a new app version 6.137.1 about 3 hours ago that addresses the login issues. I was able to sign into my account and enable face id. Consider updating your ebay app from iOS App Store at your earliest convenience. Cheers.
