Cannot list from new app

I list my items on my IPad and schedule them for later so  I can take  my pictures and finish the listing and start the auction with my IPhone. 

I CANNOT change the start time of my auction on the new Iphone app like I used to and I cannot start my listing at all. I can only edit my listing. 

Can an someone fix that please?? Thank you so much!!

Thanks for the post. Could you post a screenshot of the listing only allowing edit and not the start listing. We will look into this. Have you tried just saving drafts instead of scheduling the start times?
