Cannot get the use of eBay on my phone

Cannot upgrade to the latest version of eBay on my phone  when I go into upgrade it just keeps saying I need to upgrade been using eBay on my phone for years & now cannot get access to it on my phone

What operating system are you using?

If you do not have a recent enough operating system on your phone, delete the eBay app and use a browser to reach ebay.co.uk instead.

You can still access Ebay by using the web browser and going to the web site.
