Cannot enter shipping info when listing

I’ve tried everything I can think of. I haven’t listed anything in several months but it was working fine. Now I can’t enter shipping info. The only options are dimensions but no services. I have to save as a draft to finish on the computer. Why eBay? For several years you keep making things worse and worse for sellers.

You need to set up a Shipping Policy (on a PC or in a Browser). Search help for Business Policies and learn how. Once you set up a few default policies, you will be able to use them in the app. They're quite handy once you get them set up.
