For Canadian sellers with the iOS . This version of the eBay app for iOS doesn’t allow you to offer both calculated Canada Post USA postage and international postage. It only allows one option, USA or International. Looks like a bug in the app. Also, international air mail small packet is missing as an option while surface mail small packet is listed.
If calculated postage doesn’t appear for the buyer you likely end up losing the sale or a bid.
iOS app is pretty much useless to me without this option as I want to sell and provide shipping worldwide. I am sure this was working in a previous version.
