Cannot access my sent messages

I always check that my message to a buyer has been correctly sent, but I cannot access my sent messages anymore on my application as I used to.

Are you able to see your Sent Messages using a browser?

If you go into your messages section and then tap at the top where it says Inbox you should be able to select your sent folder. Let us know if that works.

I do not see an Inbox at the bottom. Nothing there?

The ‘in box’ at the top of the screen is a drop-down button. If you press this you get options to select ‘in’ or ‘out’ options

Make sure you have the latest version of the eBay app. Try uninstalling, restarting your device and installing the eBay app again from the App Store.

If you are using a mobile browser, try using the eBay app or else request the desktop site version of the page with your mobile browser. Or try using another browser entirely.

If you have eBay messages sent to your email address, you may be able to read and respond to them there by replying to the emails directly rather than using the blue "reply" button in the message.

If all else fails, try reading your messages on ebay.ca instead of ebay.com or ebay.co.uk.

I am an Android phone user (Samsung S21 Ultra). Can access Messages but only CANNOT see Sent messages. I can only see messages received.  Can anyone please help?  Please do not  say we have to download the eBay app.  The last thing we need is yet another app to eat into our phone performance.

You are posting on a two year old thread on the eBay Mobile Apps board, so the thread deals with using the eBay app (or working around issues with the app).

If you are using a mobile browser in mobile mode, you should be able to tap the "Messages" link in the arrow at the top left of the message inbox page to reveal links to each mailbox folder including the "Sent" folder.

The message feature of the app has changed a few times in the three years since the message you are replying to was posted.

Use the envelope icon that appear at the top of the screen after you tap the My eBay icon at the bottom of the main screen to see your messages in the app.

I too are unable to see my sent messages with the new update. Used to be under messages tab. How do I find them now
