Hi There
Since last week, probably after an update, I am unable to Revise or Relist items on eBay.
I am using a Samsung S24 running on Android 14. I am using the latest eBay app.
I am currently using the website to manage my items.
I see the following message:
We're sorry - there was an error
There was a problem with an eBay internal system or process. Contact eBay developer support for assistance.

I spoke to a very helpful customer services rep yesterday.
She took all the details of the issue we're encountering and escalated it to the development team I'm guessing.
Apparently this is known issue.
Anyway it's working now for me.

Hi, I've been experiencing exactly the same problem for over a week, I bought a new Samsung galaxy A16 and ever since I've been getting this message when I try to sell similar or revise, I've spoken to Ebay twice eith no result, I'm at my wits end.
Did you resolve your issue?

Hi No I haven't resolved it. I use the website to get around the issue's I'm encountering, it's a bit faffy but it works. I report issues with the app everyday by shaking it, I'm hoping someone is working on our issue.
