I'm having a problem in the app, where I can't relist the item for sale, after I had "sold" it, but afterwards suspected the buyer of scamming, and then cancelled the order, but now I can't relist, because I can only make 1,000$ in a month. The item I'm selling was "sold" for 700$, so when I try to post again, it states I can only make another 300$ this 60 day period, when in fact i haven't made any money at all. Unsure of what else to do, or how to bring this to the attention of ebay staff, and post my item up for sale again, knowing now not to immediately agree to sell, unsure if the buyer is going to attempt to scam me or not.
