Can't update my app for tablet

Can't go on my eBay account.  Says I have to update.  When I press the update button it just brings me to open or uninstall

What version of Android are you using?

If you have at least Android version 5.2, you should be able to get the latest version of the eBay app. If you are unable to get the latest version, try following the steps here:

https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/9037938?hl=en

If you are unable to update the eBay app, you can still use a browser to go to ebay.ca or ebay.com.
