Hi why am I having problems it is saying update the eBay app, when I go to do that it just keeps saying the same update, I have ordered stuff and have notifications but won't let me in as that message keeps coming up. Frustrating or what help.

Since you're registered in the UK, it would probably be a good idea to return to your home site and ask there.

Some different eBay sites have different rules.

What version of Android are you using?

If you have at least Android version 6, you should be able to get the latest version of the eBay app. If you are unable to get the latest version, try following the steps here:

If you are unable to update the eBay app, you should still be able to use a browser to go to ebay.co.uk or ebay.com.
