Can’t sell in Japan

I can’t sell from the app.  I looked up how to do it but when I go to the “selling” tab there is no “List an Item” button. 

I live in japan.  Is that the reason?

i have no problem listing from my pc

Thanks for the post. Japan is currently not supported for selling via the apps.
