Can’t sell if I can’t list. When is the First Class shipping option coming back to the app?

I don’t use ebay’s Shipping labels and don’t know what my box measurements & weights will be at the time I list other than they are under 16 oz and therefore qualify for first class. When will you remove the weights & measurements requirement from the shipping section for First Class options? Each day my items sit in draft or unsold, we’re both losing money. Thank you.

I estimate, since first class the dimensions do not affect prices usually I go high, 12 by 12 by 6 etc. Its a waste of time to fill in, I grant you.

I believe this is also why some of our relists aren’t retaining the listing shipping information in cases where we had them as First Class shipping. Requiring the measurements & weights where we used to have just a First Class shipping click adds time and steps — all unnecessary for some of us.

If I have to do that for 250 listings...omg, the time suck relative to the margins left after all their commissions doesn’t make sense mathematically, sigh. I hope they fix it.

Eeeek thats a pain. I usually use the sell similar feature and find them prefilled in. But lately sell similar has had soooo many issues. So I add them. Its just a few random numbers, you could do 9 9 9?

And i’m In a rural area with slow internet, so every extra step they require not only adds time, but adds sloooow time, more waiting between each one. Gawd. Might as well put us in round rooms and tell us to find the corner. Lol.

I feel your pain! Ive been unable to finish a single lidting because I cannot finish my drafts in the app. I like fixe d price but do not want best offer, so I have to finish my listings on a real computer. Havnt had time for that part yet so no new stuff for me. Could just scream. But, the ceo pretty much wants us to quit. I have been here longer than he has (quit for the billings mess, new id since) and app glitches are not enough to make me quit. Slowed down - going nowhere but up!

I’m out after the end of the year. My PTSD can’t take the constant aggravation. This was supposed to be a fun semi-retirement part-time thing. E-gad. I’d rather volunteer at the food bank.
